This was shot through a veil of fog, which alters the lighting and colors somewhat. The fog does however, allow one to zoom in with a 500mm telephoto without burning the crap out of your eyes!

This was shot from underneath the outfall pipe during the beach sand restoration project.
(I was threatened with arrest a few moments later, but I think it was worth the shot!
